Camilla Molina Nysum holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s in strategy from Aarhus university.
She brings more than 7 years of experience working closely with C-level teams on strategic, tactical, and operational levels where she has gained hands-on experience with everything from executing strategic and business improvement programs, due diligence process, to storyline and pitch deck building. Most recently she has been leading the growth strategy program of Omada, a hypergrowth software company backed by CVC Capital Partners and Gro Capital, where she was responsible for the company’s strategy and business transformation to support the ambitious growth plan.
In Nordic Eye, she will join as an investment associate, staying close to the companies to thoroughly understand how they perform, what challenges they have, and what is required for success.
